摘要:
目的 建立甘肃黄芩水煎液的HPLC指纹图谱。方法 应用Sunfire C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.85%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果 精密度、重现性、稳定性试验中共有峰相对峰面积、相对保留时间的RSD均小于3%;不同产地甘肃黄芩相似度大于0.97。结论 该方法简便、实用、可靠,可以作为评价甘肃黄芩药材质量及其制剂体外指纹图谱研究的基础。
Abstract:
Objective To set up HPLC fingerprint atlas of S.rehderiana Diels Decoction.Methods Chromatographic conditions were available as follows Sunfire C18 column, methanol and water including 0.85% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, flowrate was 1 mL/min,and detecting wavelength was 280 nm.Results The relative peak areas and retention time of common peak in the experiment of precision, repeatability and stability were not reach 3%,respectively similarity of S.rehderiana Diels collected from different origin were over 0.97.Conclusion The method is simple, practicable and reliable as a foundation method of controlling the quality of S.rehderiana Diels and the study of fingerprint atlas in vitro.
