摘要:
目的 优选活力胶囊的最佳水提取工艺条件。方法 以活力胶囊中粗多糖含量为指标,对影响提取的重要因素加水量(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)进行L9(34)正交实验设计,以紫外分光光度法进行定量分析。结果 最佳提取工艺为药材加10倍量水,提取2次,每次提取1.5 h。结论 采用优选得到的提取工艺能有效地保证活力胶囊中粗多糖的含量,此法稳定可行。
Abstract:
Objective To choose the optimum conditions of water-extraction technology of energy Capsules. Methods The content of polysaccharide in energy Capsules was selected as the index.The quantity of adding water(A), extraction time(B) and extraction number of times(C) which were the important factor of effecting extraction were adopted to design L9(34) orthogonal experiment,and quantitative analysis was carried out by UV spectrophotometry. Results The optimum extraction conditions were determined with adding 10 times water in medicine as raw material,the number of extraction was 2,the time of extraction was 1.5 hours per time. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology can effectively ensure the content of polysaccharide in energy Capsules,and the method is stable and feasible.
