摘要:
目的 初探藏药唐古特青兰的质量标准。方法 参照《中国药典》2010版的相关规定对唐古特青兰进行了水分、灰分、浸出物的测定,并建立了检测藏药唐古特青兰中木樨草苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。结果 唐古特青兰干燥失重平均值为7.88%,RSD为0.68%;总灰分平均值为9.66%,RSD为0.77%;酸不溶性灰分平均值为1.85%,RSD为3.22%;水溶性浸出物平均值为30.10%,RSD为0.67%;醇(95%乙醇)溶性浸出物平均值为16.35%,RSD为1.10%;木樨草苷在质量浓度为0.048~0.484 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,测得木樨草苷含量为0.252 6 mg/g。结论 该方法准确、简便、稳定、可行,可用于藏药唐古特青兰药材的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective Establish the quality standards of D. tanguticum Maxin. Methods Actualize the determination of moisture,ash,extract of D.tanguticum Maxim according to related stipulation in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and establish the HPLC,a stable and reliable methods of detecting luteolin in D. tanguticum Maxim. Results The average figures were list as follows.Water content:7.88%,RSD:0.68%; total ashes:9.66%,RSD:0.77%; acid-insoluble ashes:1.85%,RSD:3.22%; Water soluble extract:30.10%,RSD:0.67%; Alcohol(95% ethanol) soluble extract:16.35%,RSD:1.10%. Luteolin content was 0.252 6 mg/g and it showed a good linear relationship at the concentration of 0.048~0.484 mg/mL range. Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate in controling the quality of the D. tanguticum Maxin.
