摘要:
目的 分析比较野生与栽培红芪中2个活性成分含量的差异。方法 采用高效液相色谱法对红芪中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素进行含量测定。色谱柱为TC-C18(2)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),TC-C18保护柱(4.6 mm×10 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为248 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10 μL。结果 各产地野生红芪中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量均高于栽培红芪,其中产自武都的栽培和野生样品中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量最高。结论 不同产地野生与栽培红芪中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量存在一定的差异,在评价红芪药材质量时应注意生长环境对药材质量的影响。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze and compare the contents between the wild and cultivated samples of Hedysari Radix. Methods The contents of formononetin and calycosin in wild and cultivated Hedysari Radix were determined by HPLC. The sample was separated on TC-C18 (2) (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column. The guard column was TC-C18 (4.6 mm×10 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.01% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The UV detection wave length was set at 248 nm. The column temperature was set at 30℃. The injection volume was set at 10 μL. Results The contents of formononetin and calycosin in wild Hedysari Radix were higher than that in cultivated samples. The wild and cuitivated samples had the highest contents of formononetin and calycosin which was collected from Wudu. Conclusion The contents of formononetin and calycosin in the wild and cultivated Hedysari Radix from various areas were different. We should place extra emphasis on the influence of environment to the quality of herbs.
