摘要:
目的 建立垂盆草片的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中垂盆草进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定制剂中的槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素的含量。结果 薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。测定槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素含量分别在0.032~0.640μg/mL、0.011~0.220μg/mL和0.008~0.160μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为1.0000,0.9999,0.9999,平均回收率分别为97.47%(RSD为1.67%)、96.98%(RSD为1.64%)和97.69% (RSD为2.37%)。结论 所建立的方法可靠,能准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective To establish the quality standard for Chuipencao Tablet. Methods Herba sedi was identified by TLC. Quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were determined by HPLC method. Results TLC spots were clear and specific. The calibration curves of quercetin, kaempferide and isorhamnetin were separately linear in the range of 0.032 ~0.640 μg/mL, 0.011 ~0.220 μg/mL and 0.008 ~0.160 μg/mL with correlation coefficient 1.000 0, 0.999 9 and 0.999 9. The average recovery were 97.47% (RSD=1.67%), 96.98% (RSD=1.64%) and 97.69%(RSD=2.37%). Conclusion The method was reliable, accurate and specific. It may be used to the quality control of the preparation.
