摘要:
目的 考察产地不同加工方法对太子参药材中太子参环肽B含量的影响。方法 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定产地不同加工方法样品中太子参环肽B的含量。结果 产地不同加工方法对太子参药材及须根中太子参环肽B的含量有显著影响,样品不论来源于何产地,生晒品中太子参环肽B的含量均大于300 μg/g,远远高于《中国药典》2015版中的最低限量0.020%(200 μg/g),而煮晒品、蒸晒品太子参环肽B的含量参差不齐,为143.30~453.18 μg/g不等。结论 样品不论来源于何产地,药材及须根中太子参环肽B含量在不同加工方法之间均呈现规律性差异,即生晒品 >蒸晒品 >煮晒品。该研究为太子参药材的产地加工提供了基础实验依据。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of different processing methods to the content of Pseudostellarin B in Radix Pseudostellariae. Methods The contents of Pseudostellarin B in the samples processed by different methods in production place were determined by HPLC. Results Different processing methods in production place had a significant influence on the content of Pseudostellarin B in Pseudostellariae Radix and its fibrous roots. Whatever the samples come from, content of Pseudostellarin B in the sun-dried products is more than 300 μg/g, far greater than the lowest limit of 0.020% (200 μg/g) recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia; but the contents in dried-boiled products, dried-steamed products are various, ranged from 143.30 to 453.18 μg/g. Conclusion Wherever the samples are from, the contents of Pseudostellarin B in Pseudostellariae Radix and fibrous roots show regular differences after processed by different methods, these are sun-dried products, dried-steamed products and dried-boiled products from big to small. This study provides an experimental basis for the processing of Radix Pseudostellariae in production place.
