摘要:
目的 建立鲜鱼腥草药材高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱的分析方法,为有效控制鲜鱼腥草药材的质量奠定基础。方法 采用HPLC技术,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,记录时间72 min,分析13批鲜鱼腥草药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果 在选定的色谱条件下通过相似度分析,确定了7个色谱峰构成鲜鱼腥草药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论 采用HPLC所建立的指纹图谱具有稳定、重复性好的特点,可用于鲜鱼腥草药材的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective To establish the analytical method by HPLC and provide basis for effective quality control of fresh houttuynia cordata. Methods 13 batches of samples were determined by HPLC. The samples were separated on the column of Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% glacial acetic acid solution and gradient elution. The detecting wavelength was set at 254 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the recording time was 72 min; the HPLC fingerprints were analyzed. Results Under the selected chromatographic conditions and by the analysis of similarity,7 chromatographic peaks were determined to form the characteristic peaks. Conclusion The method is accurate and stable also with good reproducibility. It can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of fresh houttuynia cordata.
