摘要:
目的 建立山银花药材高效液相色谱(HPLC)特征指纹图谱,用于产地、品质控制。方法 采用HPLC法对5批基地及8批不同产地山银花药材和3批金银花药材进行指纹图谱比较分析。结果 建立了HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,12个共有峰被标定,并对其他产地药材进行了相似度比较;基地和不同产地山银花药材的主成分组成基本相同,但各组分的含量有较大的差异。结论 该方法可作为山银花药材鉴别及品质控制的方法,为山银花药材品质评价和规范化种植、标准操作规程的制定及质量监控提供了科学的依据。
Abstract:
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Shanyinhua(Lonicerae Flos) for the place of production and quality control.Methods The HPLC was used to analyze comparatively 5 batches of Shanyinhua(Lonicerae Flos) from the base and 8 batches of crude drugs from other different places of production and 3 batches of Jinyinhua(Lonicerae japonicae Flos).Results The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprint was established with the 12 common peaks pinpointed,and the similarity of the crude drugs of other producing areas was compared.The main kinds of ingredients in Shanyinhua(Lonicerae Flos) from the base and different places were nearly the same,but the content of each component was different.Conclusion This method can be used as identification and quality control of Shanyinhua(Lonicerae Flos), and it provided a scientific basis for quality evalution and standardized planting of GAP of Shanyinhua(Lonicerae Flos),developing the standard operating procedures of planting and the quality control of Shanyinhua(Lonicerae Flos) as well.
