摘要:
目的 研究岷当归3种不同初加工方法对其质量的影响。方法 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定样品中阿魏酸的含量,原子吸收法测定各样品中重金属的含量,通过各样品中阿魏酸及重金属含量的比较,对岷当归3种不同初加工方法进行比较。结果 熏炕法所得岷当归中阿魏酸的含量明显高于硫黄熏干法和晒干法的样品,熏炕法和晒干法所得样品中5种重金属的总量均低于硫黄熏干法的样品。结论 岷当归的产地初加工方法应选用熏炕法。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect on the quality of Min Angelica pretreated by three different methods:xunkang method (smoking and heating),liuhuangxungan method (sulfur smoking drying),shaigan method (sunshine drying). Methods Contents of ferulic acid in samples were determined by HPLC. Contents of heavy mental in samples were determined by atomic absorption method. Based on the difference of the contents,the strength and weakness of the different processing methods were compared. Results Content of ferulic acid in samples processed by smoking and heating was much higher than that of samples processed by sulfur smoking drying and sunshine drying. Total contents of heavy metals in samples processed by smoking and heating,sunshine drying were lower than that of drugs processed by sulfur drying. Conclusion The best processing method for Min Angelica is xunkang method (smoking and heating).
