摘要:
目的 探讨5种辅料对板蓝根细粉及微粉粉体学性质的影响,以期改善板蓝根粉体学性质而更好地满足制剂生产和应用需要。方法 观察板蓝根细粉和微粉粒径分布、休止角、松密度与振实密度、吸湿性等粉体学性质,分别加入预胶化淀粉、羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)、乳糖、微晶纤维素(MCC)等5种辅料,考察辅料对板蓝根细粉和微粉粉体学性质的影响。结果 板蓝根微粉的休止角明显大于细粉(P<0.01),松密度与振实密度均小于细粉(P<0.01)。HPMC、乳糖、MCC可使板蓝根微粉的休止角明显减小(P<0.05);5种辅料均可降低板蓝根细粉、微粉的松密度及振实密度(P<0.05);CMS-Na可加剧细粉、微粉的吸湿性,MCC和乳糖改善细粉、微粉吸湿性的作用明显优于预胶化淀粉和HPMC。结论 板蓝根微粉化后吸湿性比细粉强且流动性变差,应用时需注意;MCC对板蓝根微粉的吸湿性和填充性均有一定改善作用;预胶化淀粉和CMS-Na可对板蓝根细粉及微粉的吸湿性、填充性产生不利影响。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of five excipients on powder properties of fine powder and micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix), aiming at improving the powder properties of Banlangen to better meet the requirements of pharmaceutical production and application. Methods Having observed the distribution of particle diameter, angle of repose, bulk density and tap density, and hygroscopicity of fine powder and micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix), we added five excipients including pregelatinized starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), sodium carboxymethyl starch (CMS-Na), lactose, and microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) respectively, then investigated the effects of excipients on powder properties of fine powder and micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix). Results The angle of repose of micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix) was larger than that of fine powder (P<0.01), its bulk density and tap density were less than those of fine powder (P<0.01). HPMC, lactose and MCC significantly decreased the angle of repose of micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix) (P<0.05);five excipients all decreased the bulk density and tap density of fine powder and micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix) (P<0.05);CMS-Na increased the hygroscopicity of fine powder and micropowder, the hygroscopicity improvement of MCC and lactose in fine powder and micropowder was significantly superior to that of pregelatinized starch and HPMC. Conclusion The hygroscopicity of micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix) with worse fluidity is stronger than that of fine powder, we should pay attention to its application. MCC improves the hygroscopicity and filling-ability of micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix) to some extent;pregelatinized starch and CMS-Na adversely affect the hygroscopicity and filling-ability of fine powder and micropowder of Banlangen (Isatidis Radix).
