摘要:
目的 研究微信教学平台在基础护理学课程辅助教学中的应用效果。方法 采用方便抽样法抽取湖北中医药大学2016级护理学专业2个本科班作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49人。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组在传统教学法的基础上采用微信教学平台辅助教学。学期末比较2组理论和操作技能考核成绩、护生对教学效果的评价及对教学方法的总满意度。结果 观察组理论及操作技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);观察组在激发护生学习兴趣、提高自学能力、促进师生交流、延伸课堂教学和拓展学生视野等5个方面的肯定率均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05或P < 0.01);观察组总满意度为89.8%,对照组为73.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 微信教学平台有助于提高基础护理学课程的教学质量及护生满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of Wechat teaching platform on assisted instruction in Nursing Fundamentals.Methods Using convenient sampling method,two undergraduate nursing classes of grade 2016 in Hubei University of Chinese Medicine were chosen as the object of study,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 49 in each. The control group used traditional teaching method,on this basis,the observation group used Wechat platform on assisted instruction.At the end of the semester,the results of theoretical and operational skills assessment,nursing students' evaluation of teaching effect and their total satisfaction degree with teaching methods were compared.Results The results of theoretical and operational skills assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in 5 aspects,including stimulating nursing students' learning interest,improving self-study ability,promoting communication between teachers and students,extending classroom teaching and expanding students' field of vision,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 89.8%,that of the control group was 73.5%,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat teaching platform may improve the teaching quality and nursing students' satisfaction degree in Nursing Fundamentals.
